Affordable heath insurance is never affordable if it can be bought by everybody. Affordable health insurance is not affordable to everybody, it is therefore a contradiction in terms, and hence an oxymoron. If affordable health insurance could provide health insurance for everyone then it is doubtful that a costs figure would come into it for the average person. The solution is, assuming that affordable health insurance means it would like everybody to be insured for health coverage, is to remove the word affordable. And what do you get if you remove the word affordable? You get a nationalized health insurance plan which by law operates.

Affordable health insurance must be searched for prior to going away and worked out for the hazards in the target region.
